Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Service Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the global service technology strategy, ensuring service readiness from product introduction to end of service
  • Lead the development and release of repair tools, diagnostics, and test procedures for consistent global repair execution
  • Oversee technical documentation and global training programs to ensure consistent service capability across service networks


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in service engineering, repair operations, diagnostics, or technical support
  • Strong expertise in repair technologies and service process development
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead complex initiatives
  • Experience supporting global repair operations or service provider networks
