Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Service Technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global service technology strategy, ensuring service readiness from product introduction to end of service
- Lead the development and release of repair tools, diagnostics, and test procedures for consistent global repair execution
- Oversee technical documentation and global training programs to ensure consistent service capability across service networks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
- 4-6 years of experience in service engineering, repair operations, diagnostics, or technical support
- Strong expertise in repair technologies and service process development
- Proven ability to work independently and lead complex initiatives
- Experience supporting global repair operations or service provider networks
