Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceMax Analyst to support users of the ServiceMax application through training and incident management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approve access to add/remove users and facilitate online training for new users
  • Maintain application work instructions and create training materials and quick reference guides
  • Proactively manage incidents and identify opportunities to improve user satisfaction or processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceMax, or SAP
  • Experience working with GxP validated systems or ISO processes
  • ServiceMax and/or Salesforce Admin certification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, or Information Technology, plus 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience developing content for SuccessFactors LMS
