Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceMax Analyst to support users of the ServiceMax application through training and incident management.
Key Responsibilities
- Approve access to add/remove users and facilitate online training for new users
- Maintain application work instructions and create training materials and quick reference guides
- Proactively manage incidents and identify opportunities to improve user satisfaction or processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience supporting enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceMax, or SAP
- Experience working with GxP validated systems or ISO processes
- ServiceMax and/or Salesforce Admin certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, or Information Technology, plus 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience developing content for SuccessFactors LMS
