Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workflow Deployment- ServiceNow Adjunct Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach synchronous online courses and organize instruction to maximize student engagement
• Design and update course materials, ensuring alignment with college standards and accreditation requirements
• Collaborate with colleagues for program improvement and stay current on subject matter and instructional best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
• Minimum of three years of professional experience with ServiceNow or two years of ServiceNow administration experience
• Preferred industry certifications related to ServiceNow
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for college-level courses is preferred
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in higher education
