Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workflow Deployment- ServiceNow Adjunct Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach synchronous online courses and organize instruction to maximize student engagement
• Develop and update course materials, including hands-on labs and assessments, in alignment with college standards
• Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and college policies while promoting collaboration among staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of professional experience with ServiceNow or two years of administration experience
• Preferred industry certifications related to ServiceNow
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for college-level courses
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in higher education
