Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's ServiceNow instance.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform for optimal performance and availability
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements
• Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, and scripts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer
• 7+ years relevant experience in implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or ServiceNow Master Architect certifications
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
