Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow (SNOW) Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily administration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform
Configure forms, fields, lists, workflows, and customize modules
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide Tier 2/3 support

Required Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
Strong understanding of ITSM processes and the ServiceNow ITSM module
Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and configuration
Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript and Glide
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred
