Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst - IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, support, and maintain the ServiceNow platform for IT service management, asset management, and operations management
• Convert high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and provide technical guidance to business units and IT leaders
• Manage existing ServiceNow code and architecture, including scripting and coding to meet project deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) certification required
• Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog and Asset Management
• Proven track record in supporting and managing applications and integrations
