Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily configuration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform
Manage user access, develop workflows, and perform platform upgrades
Address ticket issues within 4 hours to maintain operational reliability

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in a related field
BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
Certified ServiceNow System Admin (CSA)
Possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency
Additional certifications such as CCISO, CISM, CISSO, CISSP, DAWIA PM Advanced, GFACT, or GSLC are preferred
