Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the integrity and performance of all ServiceNow instances through support and administration
Manage and maintain ServiceNow user interfaces and create/update various configurations and notifications
Collaborate with teams to develop and improve workflows, and create reports and dashboards

Required Qualifications

BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience with system administration
At least 4 years administering and developing on a production ServiceNow implementation
Experience with IT Service Management processes
Proficient with Javascript & HTML
