Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Administrator / Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle technical administration and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM Professional within a Domain Separated environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable enhancements and integrations
• Manage ServiceNow release upgrades and serve as the primary contact for operational requests and issues

Required Qualifications

• More than five years of experience in complex, enterprise-level ServiceNow environments
• In-depth understanding of ITSM Pro modules and IT Strategic Portfolio Management
• Strong familiarity with CSM, ITOM, and IT Asset Management
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications preferred
• Strong command of JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Flow Designer
