Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time ServiceNow Administrator will manage platform configurations, support integrations, and oversee updates while ensuring compliance and data quality.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the ServiceNow platform, including user management, role assignments, and overall configuration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support enhancements, ensuring effective solution reviews
- Monitor platform performance and manage updates, releases, and maintenance activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience (4 years)
- Minimum of 5 years of Information Technology experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development concepts
