Job Summary

Leading ServiceNow operations in a full-time remote capacity, the ServiceNow Administrator will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, managing ITSM and ITOM capabilities while ensuring platform availability and compliance with agency objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow enhancements and workflows focused on automation and standardization
• Manage operations and maintenance activities for ServiceNow, ensuring performance and compliance with service management objectives
• Oversee enterprise monitoring functions and collaborate with stakeholders during critical incidents for effective incident tracking and resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of progressive IT experience, including senior support of enterprise ITSM platforms
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM processes within a federal or large-scale enterprise environment
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and monitoring integration for proactive incident detection
• Leadership experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for mission-critical IT services
