Job Summary

Experienced ServiceNow administrators will find a full-time or contract opportunity to manage day-to-day administration of ServiceNow for clients, prepare technical documentation, and support service development in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer ServiceNow on a daily basis for various clients
  • Prepare technical documentation as required by customer contracts and internally
  • Set up, configure, and code custom integrations using ServiceNow APIs
Required qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in ServiceNow administration
  • Proven expertise in multiple modules within ServiceNow
  • Certifications in ITOM, SecOps, GRC, ITBM, or SAM
  • Expertise with CMDB and ITIL
