Job Summary
Managing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform, the full-time hybrid ServiceNow Administrator will configure modules, integrate systems, and ensure compliance within a healthcare setting while collaborating with various teams to enhance operational workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user management and permissions, following ITSM best practices
- Configure and integrate ServiceNow modules tailored to healthcare operations, ensuring seamless data exchange
- Monitor system performance, apply upgrades, and resolve platform issues to maintain reliability and compliance with healthcare regulations
Required qualifications
- ServiceNow Administrator certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of ServiceNow administration experience, ideally in a healthcare environment
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and integrating ServiceNow ITSM modules
