ServiceNow Administrator Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuration in ServiceNow - scripting, workflow administration, report setup, module customization
• Perform daily administration in support of Incidents and Service Request related to creating and managing user accounts, group management, bulk uploads of data, and other activities
• Coordinate application and platform upgrades

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment of ITSM, CSM
• Experience with integration, System Administration, and technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform, development of no-code/low-code ServiceNow solutions, and understanding of the architecture and business solution development on the ServiceNow platform
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize, track, and manage simultaneous priorities and deliverables
