ServiceNow AI Control Tower Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Control Tower Consultant for a remote contract position, who will design, implement, and optimize AI governance capabilities using the ServiceNow AI Control Tower platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI governance capabilities within the ServiceNow AI Control Tower platform
• Optimize workflows and compliance automation related to AI governance and risk management
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications and AI platforms to enhance functionality

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower or AI Governance capabilities
• Strong knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, and AI Lifecycle Management
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong understanding of GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) concepts
