Job Summary

To enhance ServiceNow's AI Control Tower capabilities, the contract ServiceNow AI Control Tower Consultant will implement and configure solutions, design AI governance processes, and integrate with enterprise systems while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow AI Control Tower capabilities
• Design and manage AI governance and lifecycle management processes
• Develop frameworks for AI risk, compliance, security, and policy enforcement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower or related AI governance capabilities
• Strong understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI, and AI lifecycle management
• Experience implementing governance frameworks, compliance controls, and security policies
• Knowledge of AI risk management, model governance, and regulatory compliance
