ServiceNow AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support enterprise clients in adopting AI solutions, the contracted to full-time ServiceNow AI Engineer will lead technical efforts, design and deploy AI-enabled workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and operationalization of ServiceNow AI capabilities across enterprise environments
• Design, configure, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions utilizing ServiceNow tools and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical approaches and establish scalable implementation strategies for AI adoption

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including development and implementation
• 3-5+ years of experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, such as Now Assist and Virtual Agent
• Strong experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow OOB AI capabilities
• Hands-on experience in designing custom AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies
