ServiceNow AI Governance Consultant

Job Summary

To support enterprise AI initiatives, the contract ServiceNow AI Control Tower Consultant/Architect will design and implement AI governance capabilities within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on building scalable governance solutions and managing compliance and risk across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI governance and lifecycle management capabilities within the ServiceNow platform
• Develop governance frameworks, policies, standards, and compliance playbooks for enterprise AI initiatives
• Build dashboards and reporting capabilities to provide visibility into AI assets, risks, compliance posture, and lifecycle status

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and development
• Experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower and AI governance capabilities
• Strong understanding of AI governance, AI lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices
• Experience implementing risk management, compliance, and security frameworks
• Experience building ServiceNow dashboards, workflows, automation, and reporting solutions
