ServiceNow AI Governance Consultant

Job Summary

To support a Seattle-based client, the contract ServiceNow AI Governance Consultant will design and implement ServiceNow AI Control Tower capabilities, manage AI governance processes, and develop compliance frameworks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow AI Control Tower capabilities and governance frameworks
• Build and manage AI governance and lifecycle management processes, including compliance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide AI governance initiatives

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower or AI governance capabilities
• Strong understanding of AI governance and lifecycle management
• Experience implementing governance workflows within ServiceNow
• Knowledge of AI risk management, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
