ServiceNow AIOps Consultant

Job Summary

To implement and configure ServiceNow AIOps solutions, the contract ServiceNow AIOps Consultant will work remotely, focusing on event management, health log analytics, and machine learning-based anomaly detection while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow AIOps, including event management and machine learning-based anomaly detection
• Integrate monitoring tools and design AIOps architecture, data flows, and dashboards
• Develop automation workflows and collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and ITSM teams for end-to-end solutions

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and working knowledge of Python/Shell/PowerShell
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ITIL processes
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS ITOM, CIS Discovery, CIS Event Management) are preferred
• Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting client workshops and requirement analysis
• Mid-senior level experience in engineering and information technology roles
