ServiceNow Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Analyst to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of the Agency's Enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) module
• Track and maintain logs for program-related requirements and develop use cases and test scripts
• Analyze security tool reports and create task status documentation for various activities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Business Analysis Processes, including Requirements Management and Data Analysis
• Experience with GRC tools, preferably ServiceNow
• Experience performing Certification and Accreditation (C&A) activities, including risk assessments
• Knowledge of policies and standards from OMB, NIST, and OCC
• Experience supporting security assessments and reviewing related documents
