ServiceNow Analyst
Job Summary
To support a long-term ServiceNow project, the remote ServiceNow Analyst will analyze business needs, configure the ServiceNow platform, and act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams while being bilingual in French and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and formalize business and user requirements through workshops and documentation
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, including user stories and process flows
- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform in alignment with established standards
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and optimization

- Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements
