ServiceNow Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Application Analyst to support and enhance their ServiceNow platform, particularly focusing on the Timekeeping module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary analyst for the ServiceNow Timekeeping module, supporting configuration and enhancements
• Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports to deliver operational metrics and insights
• Develop and manage SLA reporting and capacity management dashboards, including data rollups and trend analysis

Required Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Citizen Developer or ServiceNow Architect certification
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including navigation and configuration
• Proven experience implementing and supporting the ServiceNow Timekeeping module
• Ability to design and build ServiceNow dashboards and reports
• Experience working with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
