Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect (CTA/CMA).

Key Responsibilities:

Design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes for global ServiceNow landscape
Provide support for custom applications development and migration
Lead technical governance boards and solution reviews

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow
Active CTA or CMA certification
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Thorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITIL Foundations certification preferred
At least 2 certifications in relevant areas such as CIS - ITSM, Certified Application Developer (ServiceNow), CIS - Risk and Compliance, CIS - Human Resources, CIS - CSM, CIS - Security Incident Response, or CIS - Vulnerability Response
