Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator & Developer III.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure platform health, safety, and performance by overseeing all design work related to project enhancements and changes
Perform development and configuration in various areas of the ServiceNow platform
Design technical solutions, evaluate alternate options, and implement solutions using Scrum/Agile methodologies

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
6+ years of relevant experience or higher-level degree
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
Wide and deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform
Experience implementing ITSM processes and multiple ServiceNow modules
