Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and administer ServiceNow functionality to support business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and create specifications
Recommend solutions, lead projects, and ensure quality assurance of ServiceNow

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 10 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow experience, including new module implementation
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies and controls
Ability to design procedures, assess software releases, and produce work plans for project deliverables
Stay current with technology advances and ensure service level achievement
