Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains and modules
Design integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and custom spokes
Collaborate with stakeholders to support roadmap planning and delivery

Qualifications:

7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 4+ years in an architect-level role
BS/BA in a related field (Business Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Experience in evaluating strategic and operational demands against the ServiceNow platform architecture
Proven experience delivering complex solutions in a federal environment
