Key Responsibilities

Define the long-term technical roadmap for the ServiceNow ecosystem

Required Qualifications

12+ years in IT, with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow architecture and advanced development
Mastery of JavaScript, Glide API, and IntegrationHub
Strong understanding of LDAP, SSO, SCIM, and REST/SOAP integrations
Excellent mentorship abilities
Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (preferred)
