Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solution designs
- Monitor implementation quality and lead integration testing as needed
- Coordinate platform rollouts and enhancements while ensuring compliance with technical standards
Required Qualifications
- Several years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including architecting solutions across CSM, HRSD, and ITSM
- One or more Implementation Specialist certifications in ServiceNow
- Expertise in ServiceNow data models, workflows, JavaScript scripting, and complex enterprise integrations
- Experience with CMDB, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom app development
- Proficient in English
