ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to serve as a technical and platform owner for ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical administration and engineering of the ServiceNow platform
• Design and enforce platform standards, including configuration, data models, and access controls
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex platform issues and mentor other ServiceNow administrators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and engineering ServiceNow
• Proven experience building or implementing ServiceNow in a new or early-stage environment
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and security design
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA required; CIS or higher preferred)
