Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical authority for the USPTO ServiceNow Service Management Platform (SMP)
Lead architectural design and technical decision-making for implementations, enhancements, and integrations
Define and enforce platform governance standards, including role-based access control (RBAC)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline, or 8 years of equivalent experience
Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience, including architecture and implementation
Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow modules, frameworks, and governance models
Experience designing scalable, secure, and upgrade-compatible ServiceNow solutions
U.S. Citizenship required
