Key Responsibilities

Manage ServiceNow from vision to production-ready, addressing complex client challenges
Develop architectural patterns and design standards while implementing best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally to automate cloud modernization and reduce costs

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and core ITSM tables
Experience in ServiceNow GRC implementation and CMDB administration
Proficient in implementing scripted web services and integrations in ServiceNow
Bachelor's degree in CS, EE, or related field, or 18 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination
