Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Define architecture, integration patterns, data models, and workflow designs
Oversee delivery execution, ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices

Required Qualifications

8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture and solution design
Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM Pro+ (case management, workflows, integrations)
Technical PM or delivery management experience
Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and enterprise integrations
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs
