ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the technical design and delivery of the ServiceNow workstream for a federal customer project.

Key Responsibilities

• Author the Low Level Design for ITSM process configuration and integrations
• Design the CMDB Foundation and bidirectional ServiceNow to Salesforce integration
• Develop and configure complex ServiceNow components and oversee production cutover for project milestones

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture and development experience
• Experience designing and implementing CMDB foundations and bidirectional integrations
• Knowledge of ServiceNow IRM and risk management integrations
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and platform security
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or equivalent experience with relevant certifications
