ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the technical design and delivery of the ServiceNow workstream for a federal Customer Infrastructure Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Author the Low Level Design for ITSM process configuration, CMDB, and Salesforce integration
• Design the CMDB Foundation and bidirectional ServiceNow to Salesforce IntegrationHub integration
• Develop and configure complex ServiceNow components and oversee production cutover for the operational readiness milestone

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture and development experience
• Experience designing and implementing CMDB foundations and bidirectional integrations
• Knowledge of ServiceNow IRM, including control frameworks and risk scoring
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and multi-environment deployment strategies
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or equivalent demonstrable architecture experience
