ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the technical design and delivery of ServiceNow workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Author the Low Level Design for ITSM processes, CMDB, and Salesforce integration
• Design the CMDB Foundation and bidirectional integration with Salesforce
• Develop and configure complex ServiceNow components and oversee production cutover

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture and development experience
• Experience designing and implementing CMDB foundations and ServiceNow integrations
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and platform security
• Experience with multi-environment deployment strategies
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or equivalent certifications
