Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Author the Low Level Design for ITSM processes, CMDB, IRM baseline, and Salesforce integration
• Develop and configure complex ServiceNow components and oversee production cutover for operational readiness
• Review and approve engineer-developed configurations and lead integration design efforts

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture and development experience
• Experience in designing and implementing CMDB foundations and bidirectional integrations
• Familiarity with ServiceNow IRM or GRC, including risk management and control frameworks
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and multi-environment deployment strategies
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or equivalent experience with relevant certifications
