ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the technical design and delivery of a ServiceNow workstream.

Key Responsibilities

• Author the Low Level Design for ITSM process configuration, CMDB, IRM baseline, and Salesforce integration
• Design the CMDB Foundation and the bidirectional ServiceNow to Salesforce IntegrationHub integration
• Develop and configure complex ServiceNow components and lead production cutover oversight for the operational readiness milestone

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture and development experience
• Experience designing and implementing CMDB foundations and bidirectional ServiceNow integrations
• Knowledge of ServiceNow IRM and related integrations
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and platform security
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect or Technical Architect, or equivalent experience
