ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the technical design and delivery of the ServiceNow workstream for a federal customer project.

Key Responsibilities

• Author the Low Level Design for ITSM process configuration and CMDB foundation
• Design the bidirectional integration between ServiceNow and Salesforce, including architecture and error handling
• Develop and configure complex ServiceNow components and review engineer-developed configurations prior to promotion

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture and development experience
• Experience designing and implementing CMDB foundations and bidirectional ServiceNow integrations
• Knowledge of ServiceNow IRM and scripting, including Business Rules and Flow Designer
• Experience with multi-environment deployment strategies and release governance
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or equivalent architecture experience
