ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead the technical design and delivery of the ServiceNow workstream for a federal customer project.

Key Responsibilities

• Author the Low Level Design covering ITSM process configuration, CMDB CI class hierarchy, IRM baseline structure, and Salesforce integration architecture
• Design the CMDB Foundation, including CI class hierarchy, relationships, data ownership rules, and reconciliation strategy
• Develop and configure complex ServiceNow components, including IntegrationHub spokes, advanced Business Rules, and Flow Designer flows

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture and development experience
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing CMDB foundations and bidirectional ServiceNow integrations
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM, including control framework alignment and vulnerability management integrations
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and platform security
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or equivalent demonstrable architecture experience
