Job Summary

ServiceNow Architect, a full-time remote position requiring extensive experience, is responsible for leading the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform across various domains while ensuring scalability and alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define ServiceNow platform architecture and lead architecture reviews across modules
• Establish standards for data models, custom applications, and CMDB design
• Drive platform upgrades, release management, and performance improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of platform internals
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and CMDB implementations
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
