Job Summary

ServiceNow Architect, a full-time remote position requiring over 8 years of experience, responsible for leading the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform across various domains while ensuring scalability and alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern the architecture of the ServiceNow platform across multiple domains
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data model usage and integrations
• Drive platform upgrades, performance improvements, and mentor team members on best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules and platform internals
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
