Job Summary

ServiceNow Architect, a full-time remote position requiring over eight years of experience, is responsible for leading the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform across various modules and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern the ServiceNow platform architecture across multiple domains
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data model usage and integrations
• Drive platform upgrades, performance improvements, and mentor team members on best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience, particularly in architecture or technical leadership
• Deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules and platform internals
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and CMDB implementations
• ServiceNow certifications such as CTA, CIS, or CSA are preferred
