Job Summary

ServiceNow Architect, responsible for leading the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform across various domains, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern ServiceNow platform architecture across multiple modules
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data model usage and integrations
• Mentor team members on best practices and drive performance improvements across the platform

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience, particularly in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules and platform internals
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
