Job Summary

ServiceNow Architect, a full-time remote position, is responsible for leading the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the ServiceNow platform architecture across various domains
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data model usage and custom applications
• Drive platform upgrades, release management, and performance improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules and platform internals
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub and complex integration scenarios
• Experience leading major upgrades and release planning
