Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for leading the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform across various domains, ensuring scalability and alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee ServiceNow platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data model usage, custom-table creation, and CMDB design
• Architect integrations with enterprise systems and drive platform upgrades and health initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience, with significant time in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
