Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote ServiceNow Architect, the ideal candidate will lead the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the ServiceNow platform architecture across various modules
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data model usage and custom applications
• Drive platform upgrades, release management, and performance improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and platform internals
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integrations
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
