Job Summary

Seeking a full-time, remote ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability and alignment with business priorities while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the architecture of the ServiceNow platform across various modules, including ITSM and ITOM
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data models, custom applications, and integrations
• Drive platform upgrades and performance improvements, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure stability and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience, with significant time in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certifications
