Job Summary

Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to work full-time remotely, responsible for leading the design and governance of the ServiceNow platform across various domains, ensuring scalability and alignment with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the architecture for the ServiceNow platform, covering ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications
• Lead architecture reviews and establish standards for data model usage and integration with enterprise systems
• Drive platform upgrades and improvements, coordinating across teams to ensure stability and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Eight or more years of ServiceNow experience, particularly in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules and strong understanding of the platform's data model and security
• Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and complex integration scenarios
• ServiceNow certifications such as CTA, CIS, or CSA are preferred
